itadakimasu minna
This is Itadakimasu with Myka! ^0^
"Itadakimasu" is what Japanese say before they eat, and having fondness in Japanese culture and stuffs, I decided to name my food blog with it.
"Myka" is my web alias, usually tied up with a second name like 'Infinity Myka' or 'Myka Customs'.
Home-made, restaurant, bar, foreign cuisine, pinoy food, drinks, plates, plating, garnish, condiments, utensild and many other stuffs related to food is what I post here.

Katsudon served at Red Kimono.
I always try out Katsudon whenever we eat at a Japanese restaurant. And I say Red Kimono’s Katsudon has one of the best tasting Katsudon’s I have tasted. It’s not too salty nor doesn’t have too much of that sauce on it. The egg is cooked just right too. ^__^v

This miso soup tastes differently than the usual miso soup I have tasted. Best served hot.
Crunchy Maki served at Red Kimono.
This Maki is new to my taste buds. The sweet japanese mayo is bursting with flavor and I love how it has this crunch when you chew on it.
